Terms and Conditions
Please carefully read the following terms before booking. Your booking confirms that you have understood and agreed to all policies outlined below.

1. Tour Price & Minimum Guests
Each tour is $79 per person, and that already includes the van or car, a separate tour guide (not just a driver), and all the activities listed on our page.
To run the tour smoothly, we do need a minimum number of people:
  • Van tours need at least 6 confirmed guests
  • Car tours need at least 3
If we don’t reach the minimum, we’ll let you know in advance. You can either reschedule for another date with more guests or get a full refund, your choice, no fees deducted.
2. Booking & Payment
We highly recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance so we can prepare everything for you.
You can either:
  • Pay in full right away, or
  • Pay a $30 deposit per person (non-refundable) by messaging us directly at tours@baligrouptours.com.
If you go with the deposit, just make sure to pay the remaining balance at least 48 hours before the tour date. If we don’t receive full payment in time, we may have to give your slot to someone else.
3. Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel:
  • More than 7 days before the tour? $15 cancellation fee per person
  • 6 days before? $20 fee per person
  • 5 days or less? Sorry, we won’t be able to offer a refund
If we cancel (because of low numbers or something outside our control):
We’ll always offer you a full refund or a chance to reschedule, whichever works best for you.
If it’s due to weather or government rules, we’ll try to rebook you. Refunds in those cases will be handled one by one.
4. Pickup & Drop-off:
We provide pickup services exclusively within designated areas of Kuta and Seminyak to ensure on-time departures and a seamless experience for all guests.
We do not offer direct pickups in Canggu or Ubud, as traffic conditions in those areas often lead to significant delays. However, guests staying outside our pickup zones are welcome to join the tour by meeting us at a pre-arranged location in Kuta or Seminyak. Please email us your hotel details in advance, and our team will be happy to assist in coordinating the most convenient meeting point.
We advise arriving at your pickup location at least 15 minutes early in case you get lost or have trouble finding the van. Our guide will send you a message and call your name during pickup. For fairness to all guests, we allow a maximum wait time of 5 minutes per pickup location. We appreciate your punctuality so we can maintain the tour schedule and respect the plans of all participants.
5. Refunds & Rescheduling
No-shows and last-minute cancellations (less than 5 days before) can’t be refunded.
  • Want to move your booking to another date? Just let us know at least 7 days ahead, and we can do that for a $15 rebooking fee per person.
  • Any approved refunds will go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Safety & Travel Reminders
We do our best to keep everyone safe and happy, but just so you know, we’re not responsible for:
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Road delays (yep, Bali traffic can be wild!)
  • Any medical issues during the tour
We recommend bringing travel insurance, especially if you’re doing other adventurous things on your trip.
7. A Few Important Notes
Pickup & Drop-off:
We only pick up in Kuta and Seminyak to keep things on time. We don’t cover Canggu or Ubud since the traffic from those areas can cause major delays for everyone.
Be Ready on Time:
We only wait a maximum of 5 minutes for each pickup.
Some guests have flights or other tours after, so to respect their schedules, we start on time and can’t wait longer than that. Please be ready at the agreed pickup time.
Other tips before the tour:
  • Bring cash for snacks or personal stuff
  • Sunblock, water, swimwear (if needed), and good vibes!
  • Dress respectfully for temple visits (we recommend a sarong or cover-up)
8. How to Book
Here’s how to join us:
  1. Check availability: Message us on Instagram @baligrouptours or email tours@baligrouptours.com
  2. Secure your spot: Pay in full, or reserve with a $30 deposit per person via PayPal (email us for this option or send a Whatsapp message +6282313238299)
  3. Send us your payment screenshot with your name and tour date
  4. Complete your balance at least 48 hours before the tour if you only paid a deposit
