Terms and Conditions
Please carefully read the following terms before booking. Your booking confirms that you have understood and agreed to all policies outlined below.

1. TOUR PRICE & PARTICIPANT MINIMUMS
Each tour is $79 per person, inclusive of transport, guide, and itinerary activities as listed on our official pages.
Minimum Participants Required:
Van tours: Minimum of 6 confirmed guests
Car tours: Minimum of 3 confirmed guests
If the minimum number of guests is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In such cases:
You will be offered the option to reschedule to another date with more confirmed participants, or receive a full refund, no fees deducted
The choice to reschedule or receive a refund is entirely up to you
2. RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT
Advance Booking Required: We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.
You may choose to:
Pay in full upon booking, or
Reserve with a deposit of $30 per person (non-refundable) by contacting customer service at tours@baligrouptours.com. This option is available only via direct coordination.
The remaining balance must be settled at least 48 hours before the tour date. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of your slot.
3. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
a. Guest-Initiated Cancellation
More than 7 days before the tour: $15 cancellation fee per person
6 days before the tour: $20 cancellation fee per person
5 days or less: No refund (100% of the tour fee forfeited despite any reason)
b. Tour Cancellation by Host
If we cancel due to lack of minimum participants, you will receive:
A full refund or an option to reschedule to a date with more confirmed guests
The decision is entirely up to you
In the event of cancellation due to weather, government restrictions, or force majeure, you may be offered a rebooking option. Refunds in such scenarios will be assessed case-by-case.
4. REFUND & REBOOKING POLICY
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late guest cancellations that do not comply with our timeline.
If you wish to reschedule your booking, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance. A $15 rebooking fee per person applies.
Any refund, if eligible, will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days. No refund will be provided for anything less than 5 days before the tour.
5. TRAVEL & SAFETY LIABILITY
Bali Group Tours is not liable for:
Loss, theft, or damage to personal items
Delays caused by traffic or road conditions
Accidents or medical emergencies during the tour
Guests are responsible for their belongings and are advised to secure personal travel insurance if necessary.
6. IMPORTANT NOTES
Pickup & Drop-off Areas: Limited to Kuta and Seminyak. We do not service Canggu or Ubud to avoid delays/traffic.
Flexible Timing: Bali traffic is unpredictable. Itinerary schedules are subject to change due to external factors.
Cultural Etiquette: Please dress respectfully when visiting temples (e.g., sarong, cover-ups).
Things to Bring: Enough cash for personal expenses, swimwear (if applicable), sun protection, and a sense of adventure.
7. HOW TO BOOK
Check Availability: Contact us via Instagram (@baligrouptours) or email (tours@baligrouptours.com)
Pay in Full or Deposit: Full payment or $30 deposit per person via Paypal if you want to secure the seats available only via email since this is a special offer.
Send Confirmation: Screenshot proof with your name, chosen date, amount sent
Balance Payment: If paying in part, settle the balance 48 hours before tour departure
